I applaude your restraint. I am to the point of losing patience with people who feel "their rights" are more important than protecting others whom they might inadvertently infect. Like you, I have on occasion confronted strangers not correctly wearing a mask; I've tried to phrase it in a way of concern rather than confrontation. ie "Your mask isn't covering your nose, and I'm afraid you will get sick."
